¿LAS NOVELAS ESTAN COMPLETAS?
Las novelas estan completas y sin publicidad, aunque esporadicamente se me haya pasado algun anuncio, pero son muy pocas veces.
¿COMO ES LA CALIDAD DE LAS NOVELAS?
La calidad de las novelas por regla general es muy buena pero hay algunas clásicas que por su antiguedad y porque originariamente fuero grabada en cinta vhs y despues grabadas en dvd tienen una calidad menor pero se pueden ver perfectamente.
En todo caso te dare una información detallada de la novela en cuestión.
¿COMO SE PAGAN LAS NOVELAS?
Las novelas se pagan de las siguientes formas:
En España se envia las novelas contrareembolso, abonas el importe cuando el cartero te entrege la novela o la recogas en correos.
Si vives fuera de España las novelas se pagan de diferentes formas.

¿LAS NOVELAS, QUE GARANTIA TIENEN?
Todas las novelas estan garantizadas y si algun dvd falla los vuelvo a enviar sin ningun costo adicional para ti y sin que me tengas que regresar los dvds defectuosos.
Si la novela completa falla, causa poco probable porque los dvds se comprueban antes del envio, te la mandaria de nuevo sin coste para ti o te devolveria el dinero.
¿COMO SE HACEN LOS ENVIOS?
Las novelas se envian perfectamente protegidas en estuches portadvds y a su vez estos van metidos en sobres acolchados para que los dvds sufran el menor daño posible durante el traslado.
¿DESDE QUE ORDENO UNA NOVELA, CUANTO TIEMPO PASA HASTA QUE LA RECIBO?
Yo tardo 3 días maximo en grabarlas el tiempo que tarden en llegar una vez que realizo el envio depende del pais a donde la tenga que enviar.
Europa entre 6/8 dias
America entre 8/12 dias
Resto del mundo entre 8/15 dias
¿CUANTO SE IMPORTAN LOS GASTOS DE ENVIOS?
Los gastos de envios dependen del peso del paquete y del pais a donde sean enviados.
Para España el importe oscila entre 8 /12 euros.
Para envios a Europa entre 20 / 25 euros
Enviios a resto del mundo entre 25/38 euros dependiendo del peso del paquete

Por supuesto que los datos que me des solo serán utilizados para el envio de los dvds.

¿COMO PUEDE SER QUE TENGAS NOVELAS QUE NO HAN SIDO EDITADAS EN ESPAÑA?
